These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between User and Grohubz regarding your access to and use of our Instagram automation and messaging platform (“Service“).

By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Instagram account in good standing
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

Grohubz provides an automation platform that enables automated responses to Instagram direct messages based on user-defined rules and triggers.

You agree not to use the Service for:

Our Service operates in compliance with Instagram Platform Policies and Meta Developer Policies. You must:

• Only message users who have engaged with your content
• Provide clear opt-out options in automated messages
• Not use automation for mass unsolicited messaging
• Respect all Instagram rate limits and restrictions

Violation of Instagram policies may result in immediate suspension of your access to our Service.

Grohubz operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• Price changes with 30-day notice

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content, are owned by Grohubz. You retain rights to your Instagram content and message templates.

You grant us a limited license to process your Instagram data solely for providing the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or Instagram policies
• Required by law or legal process
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• For non-payment of subscription fees

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in Mumbai, India.
