Create a Value-Packed Reel
First, create an Instagram reel that provides real value to your audience. At the end of the reel, add a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) telling viewers to comment a specific word to get something valuable.

Upload Your Reel to Instagram
Post your reel as usual on Instagram. Make sure your account is set to Business or Creator mode (required for GroHubz integration). Once uploaded, the reel will appear in GroHubz automatically.
Open GroHubz → Reel Automation
Log into your GroHubz dashboard. From the sidebar, click on Reel Automation. You'll see all your uploaded Instagram reels here.
Select Your Reel
Find the reel you just posted and click on it. A popup will open with all automation settings for that specific reel.
Set Trigger Keywords
Add the keyword(s) from your CTA. In our example, that would be PDF, LINK, or PRODUCT.

Set Public Comment Reply
Set a public reply that will appear under the user's comment. This tells them what to do next.

Turn ON Collect Email Feature
Scroll down in the automation popup. Youll find the Collect Email or Lead Gate switch. Turn it ON.
Set Auto-Reply DM
Write the DM that will be sent after the user submits their email. This is where you put your actual link, PDF, or reward.

Save & Activate Automation
Click the Active Automation button. Your lead collection system is now live!
View Your Collected Leads
All collected emails and user data are automatically stored in your GroHubz dashboard under the 'Leads' section.
