At Grohubz, we are committed to data privacy and transparency in compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). You have the right to request deletion of your personal information collected through our platform.
What Data We Store
- Account information (name, email, profile details)
- Instagram authentication tokens (via secure OAuth)
- Automation rules and message templates
- Usage analytics and interaction logs
- Billing and subscription information
- Support conversation history
How to Request Data Deletion
Send Email Request
Email us at dinesh@grohubz.com with the subject line: ”Data Deletion Request”
Provide Required Information
- Registered email address
- Instagram username (if connected)
- Account ID or subscription reference
- Verification information to confirm identity
Verification Process
We will verify your identity through security questions or confirmation email to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Processing Timeline & Details
Standard Processing
Completed within 7 business days after verification
What Happens
- All personal data permanently deleted
- Instagram tokens revoked
- Account deactivated
Exceptions & Legal Requirements
Certain data may be retained longer if required by:
- Legal obligations (tax, accounting records)
- Ongoing fraud investigations
- Active legal disputes
- Technical backup systems (automatically purged after 30 days)
Alternative Deletion Methods
Self-Service via Dashboard
Log into your account and use the ”Delete Account” option in Settings for immediate deletion.
Instagram Integration
Revoke Grohubz access directly from your Instagram account settings under ”Apps and Websites”.
